Refund Policy

All sales are final

Venturi is a digital product: source code, a CLI and license keys, delivered the moment you pay. Once you’ve started using it, it can’t be returned, so we don’t offer refunds after that point.

Before you buy, look through the live demos, the FAQ and the Help Center, and ask us anything through the Contact Us page on our website (/contact) or by replying to your license email. We’re happy to help you decide.

License keys and theme credits

A license key that has been activated, and theme credits that have been spent, are non-refundable. Keep your key private; if it’s exposed, generate a new one in your portal and the old one stops working.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, as long as you haven’t started using Venturi: you haven’t activated your license key with the CLI, accepted the GitHub repository invite, or generated a theme. Contact us through the Contact Us page on our website (/contact) or by replying to your license email from the email you bought with. Your license then ends and the refund goes to your original payment method; Stripe usually returns it within 5–10 business days.

Once you start using Venturi, the right of withdrawal ends (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU) and the sale is final.

Problems with your purchase

If something about the purchase itself is wrong, for example a payment error or the wrong plan, contact us through the Contact Us page on our website (/contact) or by replying to your license email within 24 hours of the transaction so we can correct it. If Venturi isn’t working for you, contact us and we’ll help you fix it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have by law, including for digital content that is faulty or not as described. Where the law requires a refund, your license ends when it is paid: your key stops working and repository access is removed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before your bank; it is faster for you. If you dispute a charge instead, we may suspend your license while the dispute is open, and we will contest chargebacks on orders that were delivered as described.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted here, with a new date above.
