Affiliate Terms
How commissions are earned, held, approved and paid, and what is not allowed.
Last updated 22 October 2026
1. Joining
Applications are reviewed by hand and we may accept or decline any application. You must be at least 18 and able to receive payments by PayPal or bank transfer. You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.
2. Commission
- 20% of the net sale: the amount paid minus sales tax/VAT, refunds and chargebacks.
- We may raise your rate up to 35% for strong performance or approved campaigns, by written notice.
- Commission is earned only on new customers: the buyer’s first Venturi purchase.
3. Tracking
- A sale is credited to you when the buyer clicked your link (/r/your-name) within the 30 days before purchase.
- Last click wins: if the buyer later clicks another affiliate’s link, that affiliate is credited.
- Tracking relies on a cookie. Sales made with cookies blocked or cleared may not be credited, and our records are final.
4. Hold, approval and payment
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the sale so refunds can clear, then approved if the order was not refunded.
- Approved commissions are paid within the first 15 business days of each month, for the previous month, once your approved balance reaches $100. Smaller balances roll over.
- Before your first payout we may ask for tax forms (for example IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN). You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Commissions on refunded, charged-back or suspicious orders are voided, and we may recover commissions already paid on orders later refunded.
5. Disclosure and honest promotion
- You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission wherever you share your link, as required by the US FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws (for example “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”).
- Only make claims you can support. Do not promise earnings, conversion rates or results.
- Email promotion must follow anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, including consent and unsubscribe rules.
6. Not allowed
- Buying through your own link, or through links of accounts you control (self-referral).
- Bidding on “Venturi” or close variations in search or social ads, or using our brand in ad copy or domain names.
- Posting on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or implying a discount: Venturi has no coupon codes.
- Spam, misleading claims, fake reviews or invented results.
- Cookie stuffing, iframes, forced clicks or any other way of setting the cookie without a genuine click.
7. Liability and indemnity
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE COMMISSIONS PAID OR OWED TO YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your promotion, your content or your breach of these terms or the law.
8. Ending, changes and disputes
Either side can end this agreement at any time. Approved commissions earned before then are paid on the next payout date if they reach the minimum. If you break section 5 or 6 we may close your account immediately and void unpaid commissions.
We may update these terms by email or by posting a new version here; continuing in the program means you accept the update.
Contact us first through the Contact Us page on our website (/contact) or by replying to your license email. Disputes are resolved as set out in our Terms of Sale and License, including individual arbitration and the class-action waiver for US residents. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
